Oddly despite eating the same, and exercising I have gained 6 pounds.
Even more oddly given that my trousers are now to big, that fitted before, weird.
Gained muscle, muscle takes up less room on your body than fat does..

Think of it this way.. If you have a pound of feathers and a pound of gold, both will weigh the same. But the pound of feathers will take up more space on the scale. That’s sort of how muscle and fat compare inside your body.
Is your name Jessica? https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/muscle-really-weigh-fat/

Nearly word for word. :D
Read it online or in a magazine so could be..

Yeah you just want to tone up

Also your better off measuring your waist, hips, thighs and chest than weighing yourself a lot.

Inch off my waist, inch on my chest and arms, put on about four pounds.
I'm just hoping that's muscle not fat!

Taken to walking home from work when I finish early.
Four miles in this heat maybe not my greatest idea ever.

Had some lovely walks this week in Hamworthy Nature Reserve, Ruby and her little friend really put in the miles

Invest in some weights, eat healthy and get some dogs to exercise.
I'm literally a third of the man I was 12 months ago.

I do all that actually, and walk for three hours three times a week without dogs.

Just flu my friend. Uncle Des is keeping me going.

Your weight loss is very impressive, seriously. Did you have false starts before you got it right?
