Whilst I'm reasonably fit - was playing for a football team and training twice a week until I started my new job, I still do silly things, like park further away to get extra steps on my fitbit.
The shift work just now is knocking my cunt in though in terms of motivation to do anything.

dunno mate, scales haven't moved since last weighin, bit dis heartening , running 3 miles a day,modify diet etc, no more weighins for a month.
