14'5 this morning.
5'7 lost so far.

Bumped into one of my old staff who hasn't seen me in years. She thought I had been ill.

I was going to ask how tall you are; but after reading the page it appears you are around 6ft 5. If you were like 5ft 9 and 20 stone, then you would be in John Part territory.

14.5 for your height is pretty reasonable isn't it? I am 6ft and around 11 stone, and I am a right lanky fucker.

I'm pretty happy where I am now.
Just eating sensibly and weight hasn't really changed in a couple of weeks.

Mainly just veg so healthy as well.
Weight remains unchanged.

Bang on 14 stone today, two more pounds and it will be six stone gone.

fair going randy,say i more or less lost enough too, maybe half stone more ,not sure, not worried, had a head like a beachball when started in September, that's gone so all ok

Running round like a tit at work helps as well.

I stated to put it back on when I started on home made bread. Lost nine pounds in 8 days since cutting that out again.

did my 5k x mas morning run, 29 mins...didn't finish last,could hardly walk in September so happy ,new goal 10k 2018.......
