firesticks are ok-ish , however the original fire sticks didnt support ethernet , so theres one reason why.

what would the better spec boxes give , at present i have a stick and sky which ill cancel when contract ends in may

i find the films on the firestick using exodus superb feeds , only the sport sometimes is fuzzy ( am using phoenix for sport)

i usually and up using modbro on my tablet where i get perfect feeds of bt sport sky and all the foreign channe;s

the old saying if it aint broke dont fix it comes to mind.

If its working fine leave it alone.

exodus is great but the Dev for it has just quit although its getting taking over by others i dont hold out much hope for it in 3 or 4 months time i hope im wrong.

Youtube on the firestick is absolutely useless unless you watch in fuzzybdovision, audio always years out of sync with picture. I find the picture quite dull aswell, even on my good tv which has youtube built in (and they are perfect). Got a couple of these for some of my older TVs, originally youtube was fine but seemed to go wrong after an update, second one was bought more recently and never worked for youtube. Don't bother with the kodi tho, tried watching stuff when my sky was on the blink, dont' have the patience for them, couldn't replace Sky for me. Good to see folk selling them on ebay getting stuffed though, selling shit with void warrantys for inflated prices....

youtube works perfectly fine on a fire stick mate , must be where your firestick is located compared to your router
