Hardly on the same scale but years ago I got a stanley down my back being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Was so lucky the guy that done it was totally inept!

i caught some dragged up african stealing a load of gear once. i confronted him outside, at which he produced a large knife and said go away or ill kill you. i went away impressively quickly i thought!

In a situation like that, going away impressively quickly is good in my book.

In a situation like that, going away impressively quickly is good in my book.

Wouldn't really make sense, but I think there is a law stating that they have to refuse a drunken person more drink.
In Australia the barperson can be held responsible.

the was a pub in cork sued over similar shit.
A pub in the town dicie lives in closed one night and the barman dropped a customer to a hotel car park about a mile away.The drunk customer instead got into the car and drove..crashed and sued the bar cos he claimed he would have not drove had the good barman drove him to the car park in the rain
