Steve Beaton?

I can confirm Lister will be in attendance, cock in hand.

The hand being his own, the cock being Beaton's.

I don't expect anything else! And only 20 quid each to meet them personally, take a picture with them and watch them throwing darts and singing karaoke songs.

Shithole? Best place on earth. Very happy I'm in a lucky position to travel to Blackpool for a sixth time in 27 months.

How are ticket sales doing, Pieter? Are you doing better than the oldest major in darts?

Expect to be sold out. At my last exhibition in Holland I had 800 people.

It's not the flashiest place in the world, but it is cheap and their is a decent amount to do, food aint bad either. the matchplay is in Blackpool for a reason. The MP is the working mans major - the worlds for those that can't afford londan and the ally pally.

Get there and get it enjoyed

Your location states you are in Wales.......................to be fair Blackpool probably looks pleasant compared to sheep shagging land.

World darts has many homes. Keep putting on a good show and they will come. I half hope that Painter will qualify for the Worlds next week...

Two out of James Richardson, Andy Hamilton, Kevin Painter, Wes Newton, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Ronnie Baxter and Paul Nicholson would be good.

I like a bit of nostalgia coming through that qualifier but Hamilton and Newton, no. The scars need more time to heal. Nicholson would be good.
