Soft Tip Dartboard

Post by TheGoober » Tue Jun 09, 2020 12:07 am

Hi guys,

I used to play a lot of darts in my younger days, and had a dartboard in my old house that got heavy usage. Life has changed since then, I haven't had a board for years and I'm now looking to get one to try and get my kids into it.

I'm thinking a soft-tip dartboard is going to be much safer, and I quite like the idea of an electronic one. I have been researching and heard mixed reviews on most soft tip boards; I would like a good one that I can play on with friends as well. Looking at around the £50-£100 (BTW it seems an absolute pain to find these boards in the UK!).

There's a couple on amazon I've looked at and one in a local shop. Has anyone tried the below boards, or have a better recommendation?

Viper Showdown
Viper 777
Karella Viper

Thank you for your help.

You could try taking up knitting instead.

Many thanks.
