First match of the season last week with us in division 1 having being promoted after winning division 2. We won 9-4 so that's a good start

Really could have gone the other way with both players missing doubles in many of the games. Fortunately no such dramas in my game as 2 tons, a 98 and a 60 put me over 150 in front, messed about a bit with 2 40 scores but took 56 out in 2

Teams going to have bigger challenges to come but good to start with a win and get the points on the board. We also have a stronger team this year too

Thanks We've got the team who came up with us, and who we beat 7-6 in the penultimate game last season to take the division title (if the result was reversed they would have won the title so could be out for some revenge tonight)

2nd game, 2nd win but I had no part in it. 12 people into 8 places doesn't go and it was my turn to be dropped so I spent the evening as cheer leader and designated driver. Won 7-6 but we made hard work of it, were 6-3 up and nearly let it slip, but it's the points that matter and we now have 4 out of 4

Results in from last week, we're top of the league and one of only two unbeaten teams in the division Hopefully I'm back in the team tonight

3-1, 5-3 and 6-5 up and lost 7--6. Gutting but got to pick ourselves up and get on with it

Team has lost a few games since the last update but we're still 4th in the division so far. Lost again last night but whilst I'm not playing well, I've not felt as relaxed and comfortable on the oche as I do for a long time and I feel confident in my throw. Just need to practice and game time but I'm taking positives

With a team having dropped out, we are 4th at the halfway stage, 6 points behind the leaders. Top 3 is easily do-able

Beat the team in 3rd 10-3 we all played alot better and are now 2 points behind the team in 3rd with a game in hand and as the team in second were playing the leaders, we're potentially 2 points behind them with a game in hand and we still have to play them...onwards and upwards

With the results in from last week, looking like the championship is all bar over. The team at the top lost the first game of the season and haven't lost since; they're currently 6 points clear with 7 to play.

We're very much in the hunt for the runners up position which we'd have taken at the beginning of the season with it being our first since promotion; we have a game in hand over everyone above us and are just 2 points behind the team in 2nd; still have to play them too

What a night!! We played the team top of the division, they lost the first game of the season and have won 13 in a row since......and we beat them 7-6!!!!! On a personal note I'm ecstatic as I won my singles and hit the winning double in the pairs and 8's to win the match but it was so tight all night. Below is breakdown of results:

It was a shock result to be honest but keeps us on course for a runners up spot. Possibly means we'll be promoted and there are concerns how we'll fair in the Premier division; but I say lets do as well as we can now and take whatever happens

Followed up the win against the league leaders with a 10-3 win against the team in second Well in contention for a runners up spot Not bad for our first year since getting promoted

Had no match this week but we beat the team in 2nd 10-3 last week. Bit of a local derby as they are about 5 minutes around the corner from us. Won the pairs 3-1 and had the match won half way through the singles. Puts us third, 2 points behind second place but we have a game in hand which we play next week as they have a bye.
