The I won some darts in the prediction comp gratitude thread
So I'd just like to give a special thanks to the PDC Worlds the darts forum comp sponsor Red Dragon. "darts that deliver".
they were delivered Monday.
I went with the 25 gram Michael van Gerwen set.
I did try to get the limited edition black set, but the regular set showed up, which was fine.
I armed the barrels with the enclosed shafts and flights and walked over to my board with a "mighty skweeze" attitude.
first dart?
right into the triple.
2nd dart, single 20.
and the third, right back into that big triple bed.
I punched the air, did the funky chicken and made the faces. I couldn't help myself
it was a damn good looking 26.
you are much appreciated, mh, for running the comps that I win prizes in.
the ones that I don't? not so much. in fact, barely at all.
but you did a swell job this time! thanks again.

I still kick myself for changing my prediction ever so slightly for Harrington JNR's match against Chizzy, last year at the Grand Slam. Would have won if I didn't do that.
