Getting Back In The Saddle

Post by M H » Fri May 02, 2014 9:47 am

You're all aware I had a bit of a hangover and haven't chucked a dart for about two months. Even back then I was having problems letting them go so all wasn't well.

I've decided to have half an hour on a board after my vampire appointment just to see how they fly. Losing weight may also make a difference but I'll soon find out.

Hopefully it wont be as bad as I fear

Only had about twenty minutes on the board but I did find the time encouraging. Mixed in with the utter shite and flyers were a few 140's but chucking with a bottle of water on the go felt unnatural!

Sounds good - you never really lose it. Playing sober might even be an improvement for you.

Yep we are, I meant if you wanted warm up before then. You've got a good record against him but being out of practice may not help you keep it.

Baby steps at the moment mate as I still tire easily. I'm aiming to be able to stay on my feet for a few hours without rest by the end of the month

Not too bad earlier but after half an hour I noticed my right shoulder, arm and leg started aching. This is gonna take longer than I thought!
