The lighter shoe eased the pressure on my right foot mate. I don't give a toss what they look like

I'll be strutting mine around Barcelona.

They look decent enough and feel bloody comfortable for £12.99.

Not bad at all mate and far lighter than trainers. Seem to be wider as well which helps

It's been a good few weeks now since I changed my stance and I can now play about 25 legs before the pain in my lower leg and foot really kicks in. I've stopped using the rub and pills as they made no difference whatsoever as this condition's more about management than treatment.

Standard wise I'm not yet where I was but I'm hopeful I'll get there with practise

Well yesterday was interesting and poor Hammy was on the wrong end of a battering.

Whilst the new stance doesn't feel natural and the temptation to revert back's huge I've persisted and had the best session for weeks, almost as good as the best I've played in recent times.

The discomfort doesn't seem to affect me as much now but is still there. Hopefully I can hold on to yesterday's form and get my first win over Andy when we meet next.

Poor chap the medication is obviously too strong and is beginning to affect his brain. :D

No medication mate, just alcohol. Tried the pills, ointments and freeze spray and none of them made any difference so knocked them on the head.

Since I have and just focussed on management of the condition form has slowly improved so touch wood. Would really help if I had a board indoors but it's not a hardship having to play in a pub!
