Have you checked if your port is open? Also have you set your firewall to allow?

Firewall is set to allow, not sure about the port. Google here I come

On the russy site there is a link that checks if it can ping your router. Until i get laptop access, that's as good a description i can give

I've had various problems mate, I don't use the default gateway ip address. instead I use the ipv4 address.

Its the address you need when you set up the inbound/outbound details.

It still should be a 192. just a different number at the end.
